位于珠海北围,项目以“未来科技、生态融合、滨水活力”为核心设计理念，将流线型建筑形态与自然景观、滨水娱乐及现代商业相融合，打造具有未来感的城市休闲娱乐新地标。设计通过标志性塔楼、悬浮式建筑体量及立体步行连廊，串联商业中心、生态公园与滨水活动空间，构建多层次、连续开放的公共体验网络。结合摩天轮、特色餐饮、互动娱乐及沉浸式夜游体验，营造科技、自然与城市生活交融的活力氛围，塑造集文化旅游、商业消费、休闲度假与城市社交于一体的国际化滨水目的地。
Located in Beiwei, Zhuhai, The project embraces the concept of futuristic technology, ecological integration, and vibrant waterfront living, seamlessly blending fluid architectural forms with natural landscapes, waterfront entertainment, and contemporary retail to create an iconic urban leisure destination. Featuring a landmark tower, sculptural building forms, and elevated pedestrian walkways, the design connects the commercial centre, ecological park, and waterfront attractions through a continuous, multi-level public realm. Complemented by a Ferris wheel, destination dining, interactive entertainment, and immersive nighttime experiences, the development creates a dynamic environment where technology, nature, and urban life converge, establishing an international waterfront destination for cultural tourism, shopping, leisure, and social interaction.
