位于武汉汉阳区，武汉远洋里以归元寺的城市历史文脉为依托，通过街区，商场，城市节点，古建等多种元素打造兼具商业活力与生活气息的复合型城市空间。设计注重建筑立面、空间尺度与景观环境的协调。不论是传统元素的街区还是现代元素的商场都在体量，对位，比例上面产生了互补的协调。营造开放、松弛且充满活力的街区氛围，推动商业空间与城市日常生活的深度融合。
Located in Hanyang District, Wuhan, Yuanyang Li draws on the historical and cultural heritage of Guiyuan Temple to create a mixed-use urban destination that balances commercial vitality with everyday life. Integrating retail streets, shopping malls, urban nodes, and traditional architecture, the design establishes a dialogue between heritage and contemporary urban development. Careful consideration of façade design, spatial scale, and landscape creates a cohesive environment, where traditional streetscapes and modern commercial buildings complement each other through balanced massing, alignment, and proportion. The result is an open, relaxed, and vibrant urban district that seamlessly integrates commercial activities with the rhythms of daily life.
