位于昆明市中心，项目以“文化传承、现代融合、活力共享”为核心设计理念，将传统建筑形态与现代商业空间相结合，打造独具文化特色的城市生活目的地。设计以富有韵律的坡屋顶、现代金属格栅及通透玻璃幕墙重塑传统建筑语言，通过开放式街区、多层次露台、景观庭院及公共广场，串联购物、餐饮、文化艺术与休闲社交体验。融合艺术装置、互动公共空间与夜间灯光氛围，营造传统与现代交融、商业与文化共生的活力场所，塑造兼具文化辨识度与当代生活气息的城市商业新地标。
Located at Kunming city center, The project embraces the concept of cultural heritage, contemporary integration, and vibrant public life, blending traditional architectural forms with modern commercial spaces to create a distinctive urban lifestyle destination. Characterized by rhythmic pitched roofs, contemporary metal screens, and transparent glass façades, the design reinterprets traditional architectural elements through a modern language. Open-air retail streets, multi-level terraces, landscaped courtyards, and public plazas seamlessly connect shopping, dining, cultural activities, and social experiences. Enhanced by artistic installations, interactive public spaces, and atmospheric lighting, the development creates a vibrant destination where tradition meets modernity, establishing a new urban landmark with a strong cultural identity and contemporary lifestyle appeal.
