Located next to Hangzhou east high speed train station, the project embraces contemporary urban aesthetics and vibrant lifestyle experiences, aiming to create a dynamic destination integrating retail, dining, leisure, and social interaction. The design emphasises the seamless integration of commercial spaces with the urban environment through rhythmic architectural forms, transparent retail frontages, and multi-layered public spaces. Capitalising on its strategic location near a major transport hub, the development enhances urban connectivity, revitalises the surrounding district, and establishes a distinctive lifestyle destination that brings together the city, local communities, and diverse urban experiences.
