Located on the former CRRC factory site in Chengdu, this once-hidden corner has gradually evolved into a key component of the city’s urban interface as the city has grown. Over six years of design and construction, the project has been rigorously developed and meticulously refined, transforming former industrial relics into a vibrant destination with rich spatial layers, tailored to a younger audience.

Throughout the regeneration process, a range of strategies—including the preservation and reconstruction of existing structures—were employed to respect and extend the site’s original spatial fabric. At the same time, diverse cultural and entertainment programs were introduced, infusing the former CRRC site with a renewed identity defined by contemporary relevance and sustainable appeal.

位于成都中车厂旧址，随着城市发展，这一曾经隐匿的角落逐渐转变为城市界面的重要组成部分。项目历经六年的设计与建设，反复推敲、精细打磨，将原有工业遗迹转化为一个空间层次丰富、面向年轻群体的活力目的地。

在更新过程中，项目通过对既有建筑的保护与再建等多元策略，延续并尊重原有地块的空间肌理，同时植入文化与娱乐等多重活力元素，为中车旧址注入更具时代精神与可持续吸引力的全新内涵
