Located at the historic Emei Film Studio, one of China's four major film studios, the project embraces the concept of revitalizing industrial heritage, activating mixed-use experiences, and redefining urban life. The redevelopment transforms the former studio complex into a vibrant mixed-use urban destination integrating retail, culture, creative offices, and public activities.
Respecting the site's original industrial character and architectural heritage, the design preserves iconic factory buildings, structural elements, and spatial proportions while introducing open-air retail streets, lifestyle destinations, creative workspaces, art exhibitions, and social spaces to bring new vitality to the historic site.
A network of multi-level pedestrian routes, public plazas, landscaped courtyards, and distinctive connecting bridges enhances connectivity and encourages interaction across the development. By celebrating its industrial and cinematic heritage while embracing contemporary urban lifestyles, the project establishes a distinctive cultural and commercial landmark, positioning the former Emei Film Studio as a forward-looking creative lifestyle destination in Chengdu.
本项目位于中国四大电影厂之一的峨眉电影制片厂。以“工业记忆焕新、复合场景激活、城市生活重构”为核心理念，项目将成都峨眉厂旧工业用地改造为融合商业、文化、办公与公共活动的复合型城市更新示范区。设计尊重场地原有工业肌理与建筑记忆，保留代表性厂房、结构与空间尺度，并通过植入开放街区、主题商业、创意办公、艺术展演及社交休闲场景，赋予老厂区全新的城市功能。借助多层次步行动线、公共广场、景观庭院与特色连桥系统，串联各功能组团，增强场地可达性与空间活力。项目在延续工业文脉的同时，塑造兼具在地特色、文化体验与消费活力的城市新地标，成为成都面向未来的创意生活目的地。
